Bellow Bottle Machine
The second-hand filling machine and capper for bellow bottles is one of our newest additions. This contract filling machine can fill Bellow Bottles and can be modified to fit a wide range of containers. The contract filling machine can fill up to 1,500 units an hour (or 25 units every minute). Here’s how it works.
1. Vibratory feeders source the star wheel using Bellow Bottles.
2. A second feeder moves cap to opposite end of star wheel.
3. Filling sizes range from 2 mm to 10 mm.
4. A piston filling system is used to fill the container.
5. The filled units are then loaded onto a conveyor after being capped.
6. Once containers are loaded onto the conveyor, they can be covered with a coating.
The Bellow Bottle Machine is also adaptable to fill any powder. We have already filled many million units at our Boca Raton FL facility. The machine is housed in an ISO-8 cleanroom that conforms to FDA-standards. We also offer clients a wide range of contract filling services and single dose packaging services.
